Cancellation Policy Cloudware
Launched in 2019, Cloudware Technologies Private Limited has rapidly established itself as a frontrunner among Cloud hosting and System Integration service providers in India.
1. Procedure for Cancelling Services
By entering the service details, filling out the "Cancellation Request" form, and then logging into your customer control panel with your email address and password, you will be able to cancel the services that you have ordered from our company.
- • When it comes time for you to make your subsequent payment, there will be no invoice created for the service that you have successfully cancelled.
- • In the event that you would rather not fill out the cancellation form in the control panel, you can send us a formal cancellation email by using the exact email address that is associated with your customer panel.
2. Unutilized Services
In the absence of a formal request for cancellation, services that are not utilized arenot considered to have been terminated. A new invoice is generated automatically each time a payment cycle is reached. To avoid future charges, you must actively submit a cancellation request.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If the customer makes a purchase with their credit card while using the service or after using the service, without providing any information or notice, without getting our company's approval, and "claiming that he did not make the purchase himself" through the bank (a chargeback), severe actions will be taken.
- 1. The customer's account and all services contained within it will be deleted irrevocably.
- 2.Following the addition of the customer's name, last name, email address, IP address, and TR ID number to our global blacklist, our company will proceed to take further action.
Our organization follows a modest course of action in response to situations like this. In the event that you have a valid explanation or billing concern, we ask that you get in touch with our firm to resolve the issue prior to initiating a dispute with your bank.
3. Fraud Control Mechanism & Data Logging
When our customers make purchases with their credit cards, we check and securely record the information that was entered throughout the ordering process. This includes the physical addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses associated with the transaction.
Furthermore, if you attempt to shop with a credit card that is flagged as troublesome or high-risk by our automated Fraud Control Mechanism, your order will be immediately rejected to protect our network and financial integrity.
